Job Description:
Responsible for developing a team to drive supply chain performance that supports regional plans and wider strategies, building an optimized supply network and handling risk to ensure sufficient supply of goods and products, whilst assuring all supply chain activities are aligned with the relevant risk and quality standards, processes and procedures.
Key Accountabilities
Demonstrate strong safety leadership and ensure HSSEQ compliance across the customer fulfilment organization, including third-party service providers
Lead and develop the customer fulfilment team through coaching, mentoring, and capability-building initiatives to drive performance and effectiveness
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including demand, supply, distribution, inventory, financials, and team performance, ensuring safe and efficient execution
Drive S&OP and S&OE processes to align planning and execution, enabling agile responses to market dynamics and customer needs
Champion Kinaxis adoption and digital leadership to enhance planning accuracy, resolve bugs, and improve control tower data visibility
Ensure robust master data management to support operational accuracy, planning integrity, and decision-making
Lead demand consensus and align consumption-to-forecast processes to improve forecast reliability and supply planning
Deliver key performance metrics including IFOT, ACC, inventory optimization, and support NPI readiness and execution
Build strong connectivity with FBT, BTC, and COE to align with business strategies, ensure stock availability, and drive execution excellence
Coordinate with logistics and third-party providers to optimize route-to-market strategies and strengthen distribution capabilities
Play an influencing role in driving critical initiatives, OCC/PCC cycles, and customer alignment across internal and external partners
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks proactively, provide market intelligence to Procurement, and drive continuous improvement and cost optimization
Summary Decision Rights
Accountable for short- to mid-term fulfilment planning, aligning demand, inventory, and supply commitments.
Decide on order acceptance, prioritization, and changes within agreed policies.
Allocate stock across customers and channels based on service level agreements.
Confirm delivery dates and select transport modes within approved cost thresholds.
Handle relationships with logistics service providers and resolve service or delivery disputes within authority; raise high-impact issues.
Own fulfilment targets (OTIF, Fill Rate, Back orders) and drive corrective actions and process improvements.
Education
Tertiary degree or equivalent with shown experience in the supply chain function in the lubricants, CPG or chemical industry
APICS or MCIPS certification will be an added advantage
Experience
Experienced supply chain and logistics leader with a strong background in handling B2B and B2C delivery models, and driving integrated demand and supply planning
Shown expertise in leading supply planning across multi-plant, depot-distribution networks, using digital tools to enhance planning accuracy and responsiveness
Skilled in partner engagement across functions and levels to align priorities and deliver performance outcomes
Lead the continuous enhancement of S&OP and S&OE processes to drive greater business value, ensuring end-to-end accountability and ownership in orchestrating a demand-driven value chain across planning, logistics, and execution functions
Adept at designing and optimizing logistics networks in collaboration with 3PL/4PL/5PL partners to ensure advanced customer delivery and fulfilment excellence
Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence market and hub leaders and drive strategic change
Hands-on experience with supply chain planning systems and digital platforms; operational expertise in warehouse logistics and safety management
Demonstrated success in deploying digital tools for logistics and planning, enabling distributor replenishment, S&OP execution, and effective inventory and portfolio management
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills, capable of driving a high-performance culture, developing team capability, and fostering digital readiness across the supply chain
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships across cultures and senior partners
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and order-to-cash/distribution processes, including contract negotiation, demand management, and performance tracking
Proficient in handling change and delivering results in dynamic, digitally evolving business environments
Fluent in English and Vietnamese language, both oral and written.
