Equipment Strategy Unit Delivery Service Manager - TSI
The Equipment Strategy Unit Delivery Service Manager - TSI is responsible for efficient delivery of equipment strategy services, ensuring operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement within the TSI framework. This role requires a focus on reliability, cost management, and encouraging an inclusive and high-performing team environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and handle the delivery of equipment strategy services within the TSI , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
- Implement and champion agility core practices to optimize service delivery processes and improve responsiveness.
- Drive cost management initiatives, finding opportunities for efficiency gains and cost reduction without compromising service quality.
- Lead defect elimination efforts, using Root Cause Analysis to identify and address underlying issues in equipment performance and service delivery.
- Champion empowering culture, promoting growth and autonomy.
- Use Influencing skills to gain consensus and collaboration across partners for pivotal initiatives.
- Supervise financial management aspects related to equipment strategy, ensuring budget adherence and financial visibility.
- Lead change effectively within the team and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
- Responsible for Managing Performance of team members, setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery around preparation and performance for all equipment-related activities.
- Demonstrate reliability leadership and governance by implementing strong reliability fundamentals ensuring efficient equipment uptime and performance.
- Integrate sustainability awareness into all aspects of equipment strategy and service delivery.
- Be responsible and optimize work management processes to ensure efficient scheduling, execution, and completion of tasks.
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a leadership or management role within equipment strategy, asset management, or a related field.
- Expertise in agility core practices and their application in service delivery.
- Strong understanding and practical experience in cost management and financial oversight.
- Proficiency in defect elimination methodologies and root cause analysis.
- Empowering and inclusive leadership skills with excellent communication and articulation skills, with the ability to engage diverse collaborators.
- Experience in integrated Financial Management principles.
- Experienced in management of change within complex operational environments.
- Proven track record in managing performance and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong focus on Preparation Performance and proactive planning.
- Experienced in Reliability Leadership and Governance driving reliability fundamentals.
- Awareness and practical application of Sustainability Awareness and Action in an industrial context.
- Expertise in Work Management systems and processes.
