Offer & Onboarding Lead
In this role You will:
- Manage a team of SMEs, Senior Specialists and Specialists (size of 10 to 20 members) including resource allocation, retention and engagement working with and by coaching team members
- Ensure consistent and reliable service delivery under domain scope, leading the team to delivery to the defined targets
- Ensure horizontal and vertical alignment of strategic direction and vision across multiple teams to ensure teams are operating in alignment with global processes and customer needs
- Develop and maintain sound working relationships with key collaborators at all levels within the organisation.
- Develop the organizational and people capabilities that will enable the team to continuously compete and excel along with a solid back-up system and succession planning
- Be involvement in projects/ initiatives locally and globally
- Lead through change management initiatives while maintaining and driving team engagement
- Resolve any complex issues that are called out by the team and oversee and supervise performance
- Support the implementation of new solutions for Offer & Onboarding processes and proactively identify, propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Implement and monitor the Quality framework to ensure Quality Assurance, Quality Audit, Quality improvement and Knowledge management initiatives are running effectively
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement towards operational excellence
- Create an inclusive environment recognising diversity of team members, create open and trustful communication among teams
- Build capability through inspiring teams to learn new skills, adopt new practices and seek growth opportunities

What You will need to be successful:
- Prior experience in HR Shared Service / service centre in a multi-national organisation, multi-national and multi-lingual environment
- Proven track record in managing delivery teams in a shared service environment in a multi- national organisation
- Track record of team development and driving strong performance within a diverse team
- Proven experience in delivering high quality customer experience
- A passion and interest in emerging trends in service management & customer experience and how this can enhance business performance
- Striving for problem solving attitude (including diagnosis, critical thinking), comfortable using analytics to identify outcomes and influence decision making
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and strong stakeholder management skills
- Digital fluency - comfortable and competent using technology to enable and enhance ways of working and thinking
- Group mind-set - demonstrating an understanding of the value of, and ability to develop, high quality, trust-based relationships with P&C colleagues & with the wider organisation - leaders & employees
- Self-awareness, actively seeking input from others on impact and effectiveness
- Effective team player attitude to work successfully across organisational boundaries
- Skills to apply judgement and common sense - demonstrating good understanding of client's business
- Integrity; role model of BP Values & Behaviours to others in the function and business
- Cultural fluency - to operate successfully across cultural boundaries with sensitivity
- Proficiency in English language
