Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Technology Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust enterprise-level technology solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability across our business operations.

Job Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Technology Engineer, you will be responsible for:

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
* Designing and implementing complex system architectures, leveraging your expertise in Solution Architecture and System Design.
* Managing and maintaining configuration management systems, ensuring consistency and reliability across our infrastructure.
* Developing and optimizing continuous deployment and release pipelines to streamline software delivery.
* Contributing to the design and development of database solutions, including Relational Data Modelling and Database Design.
* Implementing and enforcing Information Security best practices to protect sensitive data and systems.
* Creating and maintaining scripts for automation, system administration, and data manipulation.
* Overseeing service operations and resilience, ensuring high availability and swift recovery from incidents.
* Managing source control and code management systems, promoting best practices for version control and collaboration.
* Facilitating technical discussions, workshops, and training sessions to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
* Communicating complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Playing a key role in Digital Project Management, ensuring timely and successful delivery of technology initiatives.
* Actively contributing to creating a high performing team environment through mentorship and collaborative problem-solving.

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

* Proven experience in Enterprise Technology Engineering or a similar role.
* Strong proficiency in Collaboration and Communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Demonstrated expertise in Configuration management and release, and Continuous deployment and release methodologies.
* Solid understanding of Database Design and Relational Data Modelling principles.
* Experience in Digital Project Management.
* Proficiency in Facilitation techniques for workshops and meetings.
* In-depth knowledge of Information Security best practices and frameworks.
* Strong Scripting abilities (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).
* Experience with Service operations and resilience planning and implementation.
* Proven ability in Solution Architecture and System Design.
* Familiarity with Source control and code management tools (e.g., Git).
* A track record of Creating a high performing team environment.
