Job Description:

As the Learning Services Team Lead at BP Business Service Centre Asia Sdn Bhd, you will be instrumental in overseeing the delivery and evolution of our learning programs. You will lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional learning experiences, tapping into your expertise in project management, customer service design, and data management to ensure our learning initiatives are effective, agile, and aligned with BP's global objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of learning professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from design and development to delivery and evaluation, applying Project and Programme Management principles.
  • Implement and champion Agility core practices within the learning services team to ensure responsive and adaptable solutions.
  • Develop and implement Customer Service Design strategies to enhance the learner experience and satisfaction.
  • Apply Analytical Thinking and Data Management skills to monitor learning program effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Foster Creativity and Innovation in the development of new learning solutions and methodologies.
  • Ensure all learning initiatives adhere to Information Security protocols and maintain Organizational Knowledge effectively.
  • Manage change initiatives related to learning services, effectively communicating updates and impacts to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with various internal departments and external vendors to understand learning needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Facilitate effective Communication across the team and with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency.
  • Address and resolve Employee and Labour Relations matters within the team, adhering to company policies.
  • Apply a Global Perspective to learning solutions, ensuring relevance and scalability across diverse regions.Oversee the Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes for learning data to ensure accurate reporting and insights.


Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience in a leadership or team lead role within a learning and development, HR, or service delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Agility core practices and project management methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in Data Management and using data for decision-making.
  • Excellent Collaboration and Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of Customer Service Design principles and a commitment to delivering exceptional learner experiences.
  • Experience in managing change and fostering Creativity and Innovation.
  • Familiarity with Information Security best practices and maintaining Organizational Knowledge.
  • Experience with Employee and Labour Relations within a team context.
  • Ability to apply a Global Perspective to work, understanding diverse cultural and business contexts.
  • Knowledge of Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes is highly desirable.
