About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Crude Originator to drive crude oil origination and trading opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. This role combines market expertise, critical thinking, and relationship management to deliver success to commercials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new crude oil origination opportunities using market insights and consultative approaches.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and logistics to enhance value.
  • Perform deal modeling and risk-return analysis for origination strategies.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with producers, refiners, and trading entities.
  • Provide market analysis and strategic advice to internal teams.
  • Ensure flawless execution by collaborating across trading, operations, and legal teams.
  • Uphold compliance and trade field standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven role palyed in crude oil origination and trading in Asia Pacific.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Analytical approach with expertise in market data interpretation and valuation.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships and influence decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Deep understanding of crude oil market dynamics and compliance requirements.
