Job Description:

The Impact Planning Advisor plays a strategic role within the Projects & Initiatives (P&I) governance framework, directly supporting and reporting to the Strategic Integration Lead. This position is responsible for advising, supporting, and facilitating cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, effective resource allocation, and measurable impact. The Impact Planning Advisor acts as a connector between governance boards, project leads, and functional teams, driving clarity, prioritization, and adoption of new ways of working.

What you will deliver:

- Ensure all projects align with business objectives and governance standards, reducing duplication and resource waste.
- Collect, synthesize, and circulate qualitative and quantitative data to enable insights for optimal results.
- Guide and enable cross-functional partnerships with various stakeholders.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of projects, initiatives, and resources.
- Assist in mitigating risks and enabling optimal outcomes.
- Integrate feedback loops, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Comply with the company’s Code of Conduct and model organizational values and behaviors.
- Support change management processes and contribute to strategic schedules, plans, and initiatives.

Experience and qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative or project management capacity.
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Strong skills in planning, executing, and overseeing projects.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and business tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, project management platforms).
- Ability to work independently and organize time effectively.
- Flexibility to adjust plans based on feedback and changing circumstances.
- Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and transparency.

You will work with:

- Reports directly to the Strategic Integration Lead.
- Collaborates with project leads, governance boards, and functional teams.
- May support and partner with vendors, customers, and other external parties.
- Supports senior leaders who provide strategic direction and oversight.
