Job Summary:
The Maintenance Specialist is accountable for preparing and delivering execution readiness of preventative maintenance and equipment repair activities for offshore and onshore in TANGGUH LNG facility. The Maintenance Specialist advises prioritization of work and drives the delivery of the facility’s maintenance backlog, proposes improvement/solutions to minimize equipment downtime, proposes efficient execution work, ensures safe execution and reliable operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Deliverable for Maintenance Specialist:
Ensuring site readiness for the upcoming looking ahead execution schedule, through CMMS, to ensure sufficient resources and materials are available. Working with Operations Planner to ensure Control of Work, operation’s schedules, support work executions are safe and ensure efficient execution of work as well. Readiness of Material/Spare Part, Workforce resource, Procedure (PMR), Method Statement, Special Tools, Vendor Specialist, Management of Change (MoC).
Planning and supporting Maintenance Team Leader for the urgent maintenance work that will break-in the 2-week execution schedule. Allowing the technicians to focus on repair job execution and allowing the planner to stay focused on future work and not be pulled into the crisis of the day.
Ensuring all maintenance work close-out are completed in accordance with the work management data standards (CMMS). Monitoring and improving the effectiveness and efficiency of bp and third party resources in completing maintenance work and resolving and/or raising system issues that prevent the completion of the scheduled maintenance work.
Providing site-based technical support to the equipment maintenance. Assisting Maintenance Technicians with equipment troubleshooting. Investigating equipment issues and seeking out knowledge or potential equipment problem areas.
Supporting the competency of the asset maintenance technicians as per the Global CMAS, ensuring maintenance technicians meet the minimum competency requirements for work assigned, as training for trainer program and or assessor.
Participating in scope development TAR / Campaign / Major Repairs work.
Participating in Task Risk Assessment / LTRA,
Participating in Root Cause Failure Analysis for improvement of corrective and preventive maintenance.
Participating in the development and continuous improvement of Equipment Strategies and recommendations for Operator Basic Care.
In related with upcoming UCC Project, whenever assigned:
Transition from Project Execution Stage into Operation Stage: Commissioning, Start Up, Early Operation Stage.
Transition of Equipment Strategy tasks into comprehensive PM programs in the CMMS.
Ensure correct storage, preservation and hand over of procured spare parts.
Participate / attending in appropriate project reviews activities (e.g. plant/equipment layout, 3D model, construct-ability review, P&ID, HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT’s), Site Acceptance Test) as well as equipment and task criticality, FMEA/ RCM and SPIL reviews.
Qualifications:
Engineering or Technical Degree within Maintenance Craft.
Proven experience in oil and gas or related industry at a supervisory level
On hand - Direct experience delivering and driving work within maintenance and operations.
Familiar and experienced with CMMS (ie. SAP, Maximo) & Risk Assessment.
Understanding of Turnaround availability review processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experienced with Pressure System equipment, Boiler, Furnace, Workshop - Fabrication. Experienced in LNG Loading Arm in oil and gas plant will be an advantage.
