Join the Supply Trading and Shipping team as a Midstream Supply Operator Poland and start an exciting career in a global environment within the Fuels, Supply & Midstream (FS&M) area. This position does not require prior experience, but offers intensive learning and exposure to logistics processes and supply operations. You will develop business knowledge and related skills while collaborating with international teams and business partners. The role demands dedication, engagement and flexibility, but could offer career opportunities to work in major hubs such as London, Singapore or Houston. Key accountabilities:
Ensure product availability and work with internal and external counterparts and interfaces to ensure delivery thereof
Secure the efficient primary logistics operations
Supervision over the execution of term supply contracts
Coordination and supervision material movements in bp systems
Responsibility for optimized operations and delivery of financial and non-financial metrics
Hold internal and external relationships as required
Provide efficient communication with business partners
Working closely together with the Supply Coordinators and Trading Operations in London
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and procedural obligations
Essential education, experience and qualifications:
University degree in economics/engineering/business
Analytical and problem-solving skills leading to effective decision making
Solid numerical and mathematical skills, with ability to work with complex data sets and perform accurate calculations
Strong team-working skills
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in fast paced environment
Good understanding of MS Office package (experience in Excel as advantage)
Polish fluent
English advanced - communicative in speech and writing
Ukrainian or Russian as advantage
