People Fundamentals
Deliver reliable, compliant, and secure P&C operations to the business
Perform standard P&C-related tasks or specific requests on behalf of Line Managers with restricted access
Mentor employees on use of time and attendance systems (as applicable) to ensure they are logging their time accurately
Mentor line managers on system usage as needed
Ensure local processes are handled in an efficient and aligned manner, making full use of systems and technology available
Handle administration matters which includes leave of absence cases and issuance of contracts for the restricted access population
Handle accurate and timely data provision for restricted population special payments and tracking of work hours, etc.
Support annual P&C processes/projects with accurate people data analytics
Support local compliance activity, surveys and reports as the need arises
Support mobility and onboarding processes as the need arises
Work closely with GBS P&C team in Malaysia on LFR matters
Identify required improvements to processes, knowledge base or training
Ensure health, safety & duty of care for our people
Align with the relevant safety and ethics rules and processes, follow procedures, and model bp’s Values & Behaviours
Support P&C crisis and continuity management activity as the need arises locally

Handle administration and logistics to support delivery of any locally-run development programmes
Work with business facing P&C colleagues to deliver local aspects of any organisational build/development activities or change programmes ensuring no disruption to critical local HR processes and procedures
Provide support with P&C critical initiatives and projects
Support the delivery of local processes including but not limited to talent review, performance management and employment relations
Enable an aligned and high-performance culture through aligned Performance Management, Reward and Recognition frameworks
Support the annual performance management and pay review process, specifically related to data cleanse, tracking and analysis
