We are currently looking for Assistant Manager- Admin and ER based at Patalganga Plant with details mentioned below.

Let me tell you about the role!

The position involves supporting the Plant Manager and plant HR head in Employee Capability, Grievance Redressal, Commercial Compliance, Liaison with Local statutory authorities (viz. Factory Inspector, Labour Officer, MIDC, Police Officials, Pollution Control Board and Polytechnic etc.).

Corporate Social Responsibility and Recognition agenda activities and in execution of administrative, HR and IR activities for Patalganga plant.

Role holders need to handle the Employee relations and local Liaison in BP Way.

What will you deliver?

Administration: This involves first level responsibility for administration in the plant which includes areas such as:

• Induction and on boarding

• Workforce Capability building

• Contingent Manpower Management

• HR Operations

• Reward and Recognition

• Visitor Management

Employee Relations: This involves first level responsibility for administration in the plant which includes areas such as: -

• Grievance redressal

• Statutory Liasoning and Compliance

• Employee Discipline

• Commercial Compliance

• Corporate Social Responsibility

• Occupational Health Centre

Employee Engagement at Plant & Company Events

• Prepare annual employee engagement calendar for employees.

What will make you successful?

Graduate in any discipline and MBA/MSW/MLS/ PG in HR or Social Work. with 5-7 Years of relevant experience in FMCG/Chemical/Oil and Gas/Manufacturing Industry.

• Language - English, Hindi and Marathi.

• Labour Welfare Officer Certification from State Government will be an added advantage.

Internal: Plant Manager, Site leadership Team, People and Culture Team, Payroll Team, Corporate Social

Responsibility Team

External: Security/Transport/Canteen vendor, Event Vendors, Compliance Vendors, Advocates, Statutory Authorities
