The Employee Advisor will act as a key point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters. This role focuses on fostering a positive employee experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and the application of HR standard processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries, providing accurate and timely information on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Apply **Employee and labor relations expertise to effectively lead and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Use analytical thinking to assess complex employee situations, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with various HR functions and business units to ensure a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
- Employ strong communication skills to articulate complex information clearly and insightfully, both verbally and in writing.
- Supply to the continuous improvement of HR services through creativity and innovation, finding opportunities for process enhancements and better employee support.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives, applying skills in leading change to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
- Demonstrate global perspective in understanding diverse employee pool needs and cultural nuances within the organization.
- Leverage organizational knowledge to navigate company structures and processes effectively, ensuring employees receive appropriate support.
- Participate in project and program activities related to HR initiatives, from planning to execution.
- Ensure adherence to information security protocols when handling sensitive employee data.
- Apply data manipulation skills (Extract, transform and load) to analyze HR data and supply to reporting as needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Shown experience in an HR advisory or similar employee support role.
- Demonstrated ability to apply agility core practices in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Solid foundation in Customer Service Design principles to enhance the employee experience.
- Excellent ability to understand and respond to employee needs through understanding emotions and practicing compassion.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Outstanding communication and social skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
