Job Description:
As the Retail L&D Manager for Europe, you will be responsible for crafting, developing, and implementing innovative learning and development programs that improve the performance and capabilities of our retail workforce across the European region, directly supplying to our customer-centric goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Own the end‑to‑end build and delivery of impactful learning solutions for European retail operations, applying agile methods to ensure adaptability and iterative improvement.
Build a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across the retail network, using clear and effective communication strategies.
Analyze data to identify performance gaps, measure the efficiency of L&D programs, and provide actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
Partner with regional retail leadership and HR business partners to translate business needs into customer‑centric learning strategies that drive measurable results.
Lead all aspects of the full learning content lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring engaging, high‑quality materials that support performance and compliance.
Apply performance consulting techniques and user experience research to diagnose issues, recommend solutions, and continuously improve learning effectiveness.
Job Qualifications:
Confirmed experience in Learning & Development management within retail or fast‑paced environments.
Expertise in practices, performance consulting, and data analysis to develop, deliver, and measure L&D solutions.
Positive relationship, communication, and partner leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Deep understanding of customer-centric thinking, behavior change methodologies, and encouraging knowledge‑sharing cultures.
Skilled in learning content build, management, and marketing strategies that drive engagement and adoption.
Familiarity with talent management frameworks, user experience research, and effective writing for reports and training materials.
Fluency in English required; European languages and qualifications (CIPD, HR, Education, Business Administration) are helpful.
