Job Description:

• Assist the Finance Performance Team – GSC in analyzing product costs and supporting activity-based costing visibility.

• Support the global Product Portfolio Delivery (PPD) Team in identifying product cost competitiveness and C4C opportunities.
• Plan, direct and coordinate PCC/C4C initiative implementation in GSC China

• Help coordinate PCC/C4C initiative implementation in GSC China.

• Learn and share best practices for PCC/C4C projects across the PUs.

• Support the development of the Buy by Spec framework and help the procurement/planning team implement sourcing policies.

• Partner with the Industrialization Team to promote continuous improvement and RM formulation optimization.

• Assist the Competitiveness Manager in updating performance dashboards and implementing the GSC China Strategy and Roadmap.
