Job Description:

bp is undergoing a significant transformation to modernize the way we work, collaborate, and connect. As a Digital Change Manager within the Site Technology, Digital Workplace team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of new site digital tools, platforms, and ways of working across the entire organization. You will lead change initiatives that support workplace transformation, ensuring that employees are engaged, supported, and empowered throughout the journey from discovery, design and occupation.

This role is critical to enabling bp’s ambition to become a more agile, digitally enabled organization, aligned with our net zero and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead change management efforts for workplace transformation projects, including the rollout of new collaboration tools, digital platforms, and hybrid working solutions.
  • Develop and execute change strategies and plans that align with bp’s digital workplace vision and transformation roadmap.
  • Partner with project teams, business units, and senior stakeholders to assess change impacts and readiness.
  • Design and deliver targeted communications, engagement campaigns, and training programs to support user adoption.
  • Champion user-centric approaches to change, ensuring feedback loops and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, identify resistance, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support leadership and change agents across the business in their role as transformation advocates.
  • Ensure alignment with bp’s broader digital strategy, IT architecture, and workplace college experience goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience in change management within matrix organizational digital or workplace transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies (e.g., collaboration, print, WEX etc)
  • Familiarity with hybrid working models and modern collaboration practices.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Change management exposure and basic change process experience
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Travel Requirement

Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role
