Job Description:
This role will sit within the Finance FBT organization, in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), and specialized in execution of Financial MI for the businesses
Key Roles & Responsibilities: List up to 6 key roles and responsibilities of this job.
- Working with data domain expert ensuring MI automation use cases delivered to the businesses are fit for purpose and meet business requirements.
- Supports the direction of that product, continuously align their work to help realize the vision.
- Works with Business Finance and Operations at Leadership level to agree clear business requirements, priorities, and opportunities for standardization. Responsible for the support and implementation of functionality
- Ensures delivery risks are identified and where appropriate prepare appropriate response plans together with the I&E Teams accountable for delivery. Advance where necessary via the MI Lead
- Works with Business partners, Business Finance and PPM (Planning & Performance Management) teams to prioritize and define digital MI requirements.
- Secures business resources (e.g., for testing or to ensure the final product will be delivered on time).
- Embeds business wide standards for data models (PPM CDM), data cataloguing and self-service (both for data assets and standard MI)

This role will have significant impact working with:
- Business teams: supporting execution of requested Operational MI and providing suggestions for improvements including Machine learning and AI solutions
- Technology: Partnering with technology teams to ensure that the Operational MI solutions are developed through to testing and remain optimal

Job Requirements and Qualifications: Indicate the minimum and preferred education and experience for this job and any licenses and certifications required.
Minimum Education:
Degree level or equivalent experience or equivalent
Preferred Education:
Degree level or equivalent experience or equivalent in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
Minimum Experience:
10+ years of experience in a similar business area or industry
Preferred Experience:
Finance Planning Experience, Understanding of POS, Retail process and data flows, SAP, proficient MI lead, data visualization, Power Platforms: Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query, Power apps
Required Licenses/Certifications:
ACCA, CIMA or equivalent financial qualifications
Lean Six Sigma qualification (or equivalent)
Certified scrum master (CSM)
