We are currently looking for Global Supply Chain Thermal Management Operations Manager based at Pune with details mentioned below.
Let me tell you about the role!
This role will be the single point contact for all supply chain activities for TMF business and will work closely
with the PU supply chains, Procurement and TMF commercial team. The role will provide focused functional partnering; lead supply chain deliverables and enable growth of the TMF business.
What will you deliver?
- Lead the S&OP process for Thermal Management Fluids business and work closely with the commercial team on sales forecasts and business opportunities.
- Ensure GSC readiness and capability to meet current and future pipeline of thermal management business (Make vs Buy review, Supply network, Localization, Cost reduction initiatives)
- Lead the inventory deployment for TMF business across the PUs through close working with the commercial teams, PU supply chain teams and be responsible for inventory KPIs of SLOB, ageing and inventory productivity.
- Lead the cross functional partnership across Marketing, Plants and Procurement in New Product Introduction activities and deployment of new products.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the Thermal Management business like global account set-up, addressing customer specific requests, estimating product cogs for quotation.
- Lead from GSC on Global RFI and RFQ for key accounts like Microsoft, FBox, Bitmain Technologies.
What will make you successful
- 10 years of supply chain experience specially in Planning and / or Procurement
- A strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and capability will be important to make this role a success.
- High collaboration and influencing skills. This role will work with a wide range of stakeholders
- Both in supply chain and rest of the business - and across geographies.
- The role will work very closely with Thermal business team.
