About the role
As a Customer Service Representative - TUCA, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with Castrol Madeni Yağlar Üretim A.Ş. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
What you will deliver
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Proactively identify and address customer needs, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and conflicts effectively and efficiently, escalating sophisticated issues when vital.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure flawless customer experiences.
- Prioritize and manage a diverse workload to meet service level agreements.
- Demonstrate commercial acumen by understanding customer needs in relation to business offerings.
- Apply creativity and innovation to find efficient solutions for customer challenges.
- Maintain an awareness of sustainability principles and their application within customer interactions.
What you will need to be successful
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability in conflict management and resolution.
- High degree of resilience and self-awareness.
- Proficiency in workload prioritization and time management.
- Customer-centric thinking with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with Agility core practices is a plus.
- Understanding of emotions and the ability to empathize with customers.
- A keen interest in business process improvement.
