About The Role:
The Brazil General Aviation Account Manager is accountable for the execution of the General Aviation channel strategy throughout air bp ‘s Brazil supply points, including resellers, bulk, military, execution of BP’s carbon neutral agenda through Sustainable Aviation Fuel and Offset programs and interaction at existing locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the General Aviation sales strategy within Brazil by identifying key customers who can grow sustainably and profitably.
- Handle relationships with all resellers' customers and military across Brazil.
- Develop detailed plans and lead sales processes with the focus on acquisition of new customers and growing with existing customers.
- Cultivate relationships internally and externally influence change and growth.
- Develop customer value proposition and engagement.
- Stay current on developments in carbon neutral space and find opportunities for bp to develop carbon solutions for the general aviation industry.
- Provide input into the annual financial planning process and support the explanation of deviations from the plan each month.
- Work with the internal air bp team to ensure adherence to contractual requirements and obligations.
- Collaborate internally to use our digital tools to support overall business management and identify opportunities for streamlining processes.
- Communicate internally with contractual terms for all agreements to allow for the proper accounting and invoicing of all sales.
- Be responsible for the financial performance of accounts (Volume, Margin, Debtors) and resolve disputes in a timely manner.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study or equivalent industry experience.
- Portuguese as mother language (full command of written/spoken). English is highly desirable.
Experience
- Prior sales (B2B / B2C) experience (Minimum 10 years) and/or Customer relationship development. -mandatory-
- Knowledge of P&L and Price formulation. -necessary-
- Knowledge of the aviation industry and its carbon neutral agenda. -highly desired-
- Confirmed experience working across teams to achieve business goals
