Join our Team and advance your career as a Staff Project Manager

Our Staff Project Managers are deployed to work in different areas of our business. We partner with product management teams and software engineering squads to define objectives and key results, align delivery outcomes with overall product vision and strategy, and measure key performance indicators against delivery. You will bring transferable skills that allow you to support immediate business demand in one area, while also being given the opportunity to grow your knowledge and capabilities over time through exposure to different projects across our businesses. You will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of enterprise systems and technologies that span a diverse technology landscape that operate on a global scale. As a senior member of the team you will also be managing junior Project Managers and manage project delivery from 3rd party project resources.

In this role You will:

  • This role blends expertise in traditional project management, program management, agile delivery, and product management, with a strong focus on ERP—SAP.

  • Driving end-to-end program delivery for digital products within the SAP ecosystem, covering planning, execution, and tracking of scope, financials, and schedule.

  • Ensuring compliance and risk management by coordinating with key teams (e.g., digital security, procurement, legal) and adhering to global regulatory requirements.

  • Maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders, including executive-level reporting.

  • Championing the adoption of Technical Project and Program Manager standards, practices, and behaviors across the TPM community.

  • Be part of the ST&S Finance Technology Leadership Team

What You will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, CE, EE

  • 6+ years SAP delivery experience, including multiple end-to-end implementations

  • 8+ years in Project Management or Technical Delivery Management roles

  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies (deep in at least one)

  • Proven ability to manage large, complex programs

  • Strong communication skills and experience in enterprise-scale environments

  • Extensive knowledge of software development, system implementation, and product lifecycles

  • Ability to integrate and simplify delivery across multiple projects and domains

  • Skilled in partnering with design and engineering teams to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions

  • Technical fluency to engage engineering teams and review design decisions

  • Big-picture thinking: linking business value to architecture, operability, and supportability

  • Understanding of system architectures, dependencies, and scaling limitations

  • Ability to balance short-term solutions with long-term technical debt considerations

  • Knowledge of testing practices, tools, and techniques
