At bp, we are transforming energy for people and our planet. We’re looking for a Retail Operations Manager who thrives on improvement and collaboration! You’ll lead our Luxembourg retail network, inspiring teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing operations every day.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and continually improve operations across COCO and COFO stations, meeting bp’s quality, safety, and service standards.
- Build collaboration with Finance, HSSE, HR, and Asset Management to deliver business and compliance goals.
- Develop and coach site managers and partners, empowering them to reach their full potential.
- Oversee workforce planning, site performance, and cost management to ensure sustainable results.
- Strengthen supplier and partner relationships, ensuring excellence in service delivery.
- Coordinate daily retail operations and promote transparent, proactive communication across all teams.
- Investigate operational and compliance issues, resolving them efficiently and constructively.
About You
- Demonstrated experience in retail operations management, ideally within energy, fuel, or convenience sectors.
- A growth mindset with a passion for learning and improving.
- Excellent collaboration, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
- Fluent in French, German and English; Luxembourgish is an advantage.
