Job Description:

The role holder assumes operational responsibility for the management and tracking of customer contracts ensuring compliance with legal requirements (local legislation and bp compliance). Support Sales as needed in the process of creation, review and execution of contracts. Drive standardization and simplification of contract management activities in the market by maximising and embedding available digital tools (such as CLM Docusign).

Job Summary

• Operational delivery of contract management processes.
• Gate keep contracts in creation stage to ensure compliance to local law and Castrol T&Cs, internal policies (e.g. pricing, credit terms, service offer eligibility), and Minimum Contracting Requirements (MCRs).
• Own the maintenance of CLM DocuSign and other contract management digital tools.
• Use robust analytics and MI to track and monitor contract performance and compliance. Use outputs to flag need for interventions and actions for the operations and sales teams in the markets.
• Identify risk, gaps, and renewal opportunities proactively to support sales in the customer life cycle.
• Support internal and external audits ensuring our data, documentation and processes are readily available and up to date.
• Accountable for ensuring all contracts are maintained and stored in CLM DocuSign tool.

Qualifications


• University degree or above
• Experience within lubricants business and deep understanding of contract management activities is a requirement
• Great understanding of key business processes such as Lead to Contract
• Understanding of applicable laws and regulations (e.g., tax, import/export, data protection, etc.) relevant to contract execution and compliance

Work Location & Shift Pattern

Santa Fe offices - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Hybrid - 2 days remote and 3 days in the office
