Job Description:
Job Purpose
- The Product Specialist will provide support for Product Manager to develop innovative products offers that deliver volume, turnover and gross margin targets. The role will help to go through necessary working process (ODIM, Streamline) to ensure the product development is efficient and compliance
Key Accountabilities:
- Support PM in all process of new product development & product life cycle management.
- Support PM on product related market Insight/key competitor movement collection & articulation to ensure the continued portfolio innovation & competitiveness.
- Support PM on NPD Project plan / progress monitoring / project meetings / follow-up actions.
- Support PM on product mapping, product positioning/story design and value chain design.
- Support PM on Product Assets Development (Proposition, Demo, Value Calculator, POS, Sales Presenter)
- Support PM on monitoring product performance / effectiveness with integrated data analysis and post launch review
Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience or above is required.
- Majored in Marketing, Business Management or Chemical/Engineering/Finance is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years in Marketing (at least 2 years of product marketing experience and at least 1 year B2B2C marketing experience).
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Auto related Industry (e.g. Car / Commercial Vehicle Lube, Tyre, Spare parts, etc.).
