Job Summary:
The employee advisor will provide HR support to employees in a variety of areas including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, talent review, and other general HR queries. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while also collaborating optimally with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide mentorship and support to employees on all HR related matters
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct new hire orientations and assist with the onboarding process for new employees
• Administer various benefit programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time off policies
• Support performance evaluations and talent reviews by collecting data, preparing reports, and identifying trends or patterns
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR processes and activities
• Stay up-to-date on changes in employment laws and regulations and maintain compliance within the organization
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks optimally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday or Oracle
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills
