Job Responsibilities
* Lead the development, maintenance, and improvement of financial reporting dashboards and visualizations, ensuring data accuracy and clarity for diverse collaborators.
* Apply sophisticated analytical thinking to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization within financial data sets.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather reporting requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure the delivery of timely and relevant financial reports.
* Conduct commercial assurance activities, demonstrating data to identify potential risks and discrepancies in external commercial agreements and transactions.
* Apply Digital Automation techniques to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
* Communicate complex financial insights and data findings effectively to non-technical audiences, influencing decision-making and driving commercial competence.
* Champion Agility core practices within the data operations team, contributing to iterative development and continuous improvement of reporting solutions.
* Handle and prioritize multiple reporting projects concurrently, ensuring successful delivery within established timelines and scope.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance within the financial reporting landscape.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit management reporting and analysis.
* Foster a customer-centric thinking approach to all data solutions, ensuring end-user needs are met and exceeded.

Job Qualifications
* Proven experience in a data analysis, reporting, or financial operations role, preferably within a large corporate environment.
Expertise in data visualization and interpretation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software.
* Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to dissect complex data sets and extract actionable insights.
* Proven commercial savvy and experience with financial reporting principles.
* Experience with risk management concepts and their application to financial data.
* Superb communication and influencing skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
* Familiarity with Agility core practices and methodologies.
* Prior experience in project and programme management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* A strong understanding of Digital Automation principles and their application in data processes.
* Ability to demonstrate creativity and innovation in developing reporting solutions and process improvements.
* Understanding of Credit Management principles is desirable.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
