Join our Team and advance your career as a Product Costing Analyst
As a Product Costing Analyst, you will calculate, validate, and analyze product costs, maintain SAP master data, and support month-end closing activities. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate cost simulations, transfer pricing, and compliance with Minimum Control Expectations (MCE).
In this role You will:
Master Data Management:
- Control moving average price (MAV) variation
- Calculate, validate, and populate product costs into SAP
- Update logistics business processes and (Z) conditions in SAP
- Maintain MM condition tables, mark-up rates, and in-plant loss rates
- Update manufacturing activity types, additive costs, costing lot sizes, and subcontracting fees
- Perform product cost simulations and dry-run tests
Month-End Activities:
- Prepare and validate monthly transfer price lists; clarify deviations
- Support stock valuation, SLOBS, MM condition reversal, process orders, and aged debt analysis
- Manage over/under recovery and inventory stock count adjustments
Performance & Control:
- Extract and control SAP reports for SCI line
- Prepare slide packs for PCTP meetings and supply chain templates
- Support continuous improvement projects and IT initiatives (e.g., SAP NIKE releases)
- Maintain strong business partner relationships with Supply Chain while ensuring independent finance oversight
What You will need to be successful:
Essential Education
- Recognized Accounting Qualification or Degree in Economics
- Fluency in English (additional language is a plus)
Essential Experience & Skills
- Experience in finance roles, preferably product costing or supply chain controlling
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets
- Advanced Excel skills; IT literate
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English)
Additional Information
- Experience with SAP CO & MM modules, BW, and Access
