Job Description:

As Castrol continues its transformation journey, the Customer Communications and Change Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality outcomes for both customers and internal partners. This role is centred on highly effective communication and change efficiency, ensuring that strategic initiatives are clearly articulated, embraced, and successfully executed across the business.

The Customer Communications Specialist will support our digital transformation journey by delivering an improved communication and engagement plan that enriches the customer experience and internal alignment. This includes leveraging digital tools, analysing engagement trends, and driving change through clear, consistent, and impactful messaging.

About the Role

  • Implement a communications engagement plan aligned with Castrol’s transformation and growth priorities.

  • Leverage digital platforms and tools to deliver targeted, timely, and effective communications to Castrol customers and internal partners.

  • Provide actionable insights and analytics to the ANZ leadership team and broader sales business to advise decision-making and improve engagement.

  • Support the Customer Operations team in identifying, prioritizing, and implementing initiatives that improve the Castrol Customer Offer and Experience.

  • Champion the adoption and integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement platforms as core digital engagement tools.

  • Drive internal communication initiatives that support change efficiency and develop alignment across teams.

  • Strengthen customer touchpoints across the order-to-cash journey to improve satisfaction and operational efficiency.

  • Contribute to day-to-day activities that support the broader Customer Operations and Transformation agenda.

About You

  • Experience in administrative or communications roles, ideally within a customer-focused or transformation environment.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to managing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across functions.

  • Proficiency in Office365 and familiarity with digital communication platforms (e.g., Salesforce, EDM tools).

  • A collaborative approach and a “can-do” demeanor, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
