Job Summary

As an Inventory Analyst at BP Business Sol (HC), you will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory levels and ensuring efficient supply chain operations. You will bring to bear data-driven insights to manage inventory, minimize costs, and support our business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

* Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels across various locations.
* Develop and implement inventory management strategies to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely product availability and resolve supply chain issues.
* Apply data visualization and interpretation techniques to present complex inventory insights to partners.
* Contribute to financial reporting related to inventory valuation, obsolescence, and write-offs.
* Apply Agility core practices to adapt to changing business needs and improve inventory processes.
* Identify and mitigate inventory-related risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
* Communicate optimally with internal and external partners to ensure smooth inventory operations.
* Champion sustainability awareness and practices within inventory management, seeking opportunities for eco-friendly solutions.
* Proactively find opportunities for creativity and innovation in inventory processes and solutions.
* Support credit management activities related to inventory and product availability.
* Demonstrate strong commercial competence in all inventory decisions, considering financial impacts and business goals.
* Influence collaborators through clear data-driven presentations and effective communication.
* Actively participate in managing change initiatives related to inventory systems and procedures.

Job Qualifications

* Proven experience in inventory analysis, supply chain management, or a related analytical role.
* Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable conclusions.
* Proficiency in data visualization and interpretation tools and techniques.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and communicating skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence collaborators.
* Experience with Agility core practices or similar agile methodologies.
* Understanding of financial reporting principles and their application to inventory management.
* Knowledge of risk management principles, particularly within a supply chain context.
* Commercial savvy with a strong understanding of business drivers and financial impacts.
* Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve complex inventory challenges.
* Familiarity with credit management processes is a plus.
* Customer-centric thinking with a focus on meeting internal and external customer needs.
* Awareness of sustainability principles and a dedication to incorporating them into inventory practices.
* Consistent track record to lead change and adapt to evolving business environments.
