Job Summary
The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for optimizing inventory levels and ensuring efficient supply chain operations for BP Business Sol (HC). This role requires a strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills to manage inventory, mitigate risks, and contribute to value creation within our supply chain.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce holding costs, and improve service levels.
* Apply Agility core practices and tools to drive continuous improvement in inventory processes and supply chain efficiency.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of inventory data, identifying trends, forecasting demand, and recommending adjustments to procurement and logistics plans.
* Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure alignment on inventory strategies and supply chain objectives.
* Lead supplier relationships, including negotiation planning and preparation, to secure favorable terms and ensure reliable supply.
* Lead and participate in various projects related to inventory optimization, supply chain improvements, and new system implementations.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with inventory, supply chain disruptions, and market fluctuations.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of balanced supply chain practices, demonstrating awareness and application of sustainability principles.
* Apply strong business and commercial competence to make data-driven decisions that contribute to value creation and management across the supply chain.
* Continuously supervise and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Job Qualifications
* Confirmed experience in Inventory Management and Logistics Management.
* Strong understanding and practical application of Agility core practices and tools.
* Demonstrated Eye For Business and Commercial Competence.
* Excellent Negotiating skills, including negotiation planning and preparation.
* Experience in Project Management within a supply chain or operations context.
* Proficiency in Risk Management principles and their application to inventory and supply chain.
* Ability to apply Critical Thinking to complex supply chain challenges.
* Experience in Supplier Relationship Management.
* In-depth knowledge of Supply chain management principles and standard methodologies.
* Awareness and application of Sustainability awareness and principles within a business context.
* Proven track record to drive Value creation and management initiatives.
