As bp transitions to an integrated energy company, we must adapt to a changing world and maintain competitive performance. Bp's customers & products (C&P) business area is setting up a business and technology centre (BTC) in Pune, India. This will support the delivery of an enhanced customer experience and drive innovation by building global capabilities at scale, demonstrating technology, and developing deep expertise. The BTC will be a core and connected part of our business, bringing together colleagues who report into their respective part of C&P, working together with other functions across bp. Job Summary:
This role will be an important contributor towards supporting Senior Strategy Manager in delivering strategies related to Castrol spaces, markets and products. Activities will include driving strategy development related to market entries, space growth, portfolio development while interacting with cross functional teams.
Shift Timing: 11:30am – 8:30 pm IST
Key Responsibilities:
Support development of space, market and functional strategies closely with market sponsors and relevant VPs and supports activation plan development
Performs market and competitor analysis and scenario planning in close collaboration with marketing insights and finance teams
Support drive global strategy refresh cycle
Own and drive projects ensuring high quality output within defined deadlines
Multitasking while being in driving seat or as contributor to multiple strategy projects
Experience & Qualification Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or associated functions
Experience in project management
Background in Castrol’s commercial business model helpful
Experience in supporting and delivering successful multi-functional global programmes
Multitasking and ability to work with cross functional teams
Strong communication and influencing skills across different levels
Resilient and able to manage ambiguity and complexity
Analytical rigor and attention to detail along with strong commercial acumen
University degree or equivalent, MBA preferred
