Please note this is a fixed-term contract until approx. end of January 2028.

In this role you will support the Castrol Supply Chain and Customer Operations with process simplification and standardisation in line with the Global Process Design Standards and with the Castrol strategy to achieve enhanced customer experience and cost efficiency as well as efficiency delivery within the Customer Service & Supply Chain teams.

The Senior Supply Chain Operational Coordinator plays a key role in the Castrol Business Transformation programmes by ensuring effective processes and interfaces are in place to meet customer expectations.

You will work with a team of analysts, also in close cooperation with the operational teams, Marketing and Sourcing and NPI teams in Castrol Supply Chain.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive expertise in Supply Chain processes and provide recommendations for process and efficiency enhancements.

  • Represent the E2E Customer and Supply Chain view in process related workshops and conversations, drive value adding outcomes with real customer impact.

  • Consider the impact of transformational projects on the Customer Service & Supply Chain processes and ensure functional processes are aligned and can be operated without any interruption; ensure functional interfaces within the process work efficiently.

  • Lead FBT driven Continuous Improvement projects to gain tangible productivity improvements, play an active role in any Castrol driven CI projects (O2C Transformation) with the same objective.

  • Ensure the Global Process Standards are embedded in the Customer Service & Supply Chain operations by driving regular process audits, ensure training materials and process documentation are up to date and training are delivered to the target population.

  • Secure proper communication of process changes towards Operational users, Learning and Development and other stakeholders such as Team leaders, Service Managers and Process leads.

  • Support the management decision process to deliver the strategy by providing data and analytics and recommendations based on process expertise.

  • Ensure adherence to International Trade Regulations (ITR) and Anti-Corruption and Bribery (ACB) requirements, highlight and escalate any issues discovered related to these.

  • Ensure process documentation and training materials are created, reviewed and updated in a timely manner where required

  • Conduct regular control activities for the Castrol Customer operations, ensuring compliance and monitoring internal control effectiveness.

  • Complete process reviews and propose improvements to align and standardise across the Castrol organisation and ensure changes are embedded and adhered consistently

  • Proactively identify gaps in existing and to-be processes, propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities incorporating best practices.

  • Work closely with the FBT GPO, Castrol Process Excellence and the Castrol Process Architects on joint projects, system and process improvements.

Essential Education, Experience and Job Requirements:

  • University/College degree preferably in Economics, Supply Chain or similar.

  • 7+ years of experience working in a Customer Service/ Supply Chain, Castrol environment.

  • High degree of O2C and Supply Chain process knowledge.

  • High level of SAP, Kianxis, Tableau and Salesforce Proficiency.

  • Project management and transition experience.

  • High Level of IT proficiency in Microsoft packages.

  • Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.

  • Strong organizational skills/self-management.

  • Ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of customers’ needs / behaviors.

  • Highly motivated and ambitious to deliver value to end customers and business.

  • Change management skills.
