Job Summary
As a Sr. Business ARC Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing financial performance and mitigating risk for BP Business Sol (HC). You will harness your analytical expertise to drive continuous improvement in accounts receivable and credit management, ensuring commercial assurance and encouraging strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
* Lead the application and implementation of Agility core practices within the accounts receivable and credit management functions.
* Conduct in-depth analytical thinking to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in credit risk assessment and collection strategies.
* Apply advanced analytics to develop and implement data-driven solutions for enhanced financial reporting and operational efficiency.
* Apply strong Commercial Competence to assess and manage commercial assurance for external collaborators, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
* Develop and deliver clear, concise, and impactful Communication to internal and external partners regarding financial performance and credit decisions.
* Drive Creativity and Innovation in developing new approaches to credit management, dispute resolution, and customer happiness.
* Lead and optimize Credit Management processes, including credit limit setting, collection strategies, and bad debt provisioning.
* Champion Customer-centric thinking, ensuring that credit and collection processes are developed to support positive customer experiences while safeguarding company assets.
* Develop and present compelling Data visualization and interpretation of financial data to inform strategic decision-making.
* Find opportunities for and implement Digital Automation solutions to streamline accounts receivable and credit processes.
* Contribute to accurate and timely Financial Reporting related to accounts receivable, credit exposure, and bad debt.
* Effectively influence partners at various levels to gain agreement for new initiatives and operational improvements.
* Lead or participate in Project and programme management related to financial process optimization and system implementations.
* Proactively identify and mitigate Risk Management issues related to credit exposure, payment defaults, and compliance.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a senior analytical role, preferably within finance, accounts receivable, or credit management.
* Demonstrated expertise in Agility core practices.
* Exceptional Analytical Thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Strong understanding of financial analytics and data interpretation.
* Solid Commercial Competence and experience with commercial assurance for external parties.
* Excellent written and verbal Communication skills, with the ability to present sophisticated information clearly.
* A track record of Creativity and Innovation in operational improvement.
* Extensive experience in Credit Management, including credit risk assessment and collections.
* Strong commitment to Customer-centric thinking.
* Proficiency in Data visualization and interpretation tools and techniques.
* Experience with Digital Automation within finance processes.
* In-depth knowledge of Financial Reporting principles and practices.
* Confirmed ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
* Experience in Project and programme management.
* Strong understanding of Risk Management principles, particularly in a financial context.
