Job Responsibilities:**
* Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels across various product lines.
* Develop and implement strategies to minimize excess inventory, reduce carrying costs, and prevent stockouts.
* Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure accurate inventory planning and timely product availability.
* Apply data visualization and interpretation techniques to present inventory performance metrics and insights to partners.
* Chip in to financial reporting related to inventory valuation, write-offs, and turns.
* Identify and mitigate inventory-related risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management processes, adopting Agility core practices and demonstrating creativity and innovation.
* Communicate optimally with internal and external partners, influencing decisions and encouraging strong collaborative relationships.
* Support sustainability awareness and initiatives related to inventory management, such as waste reduction and efficient resource utilization.
* Assist in handling change initiatives impacting inventory processes and systems.

Job Qualifications:**
* Validated experience in inventory management or a similar analytical role.
* Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Proficiency in data visualization and interpretation tools and techniques.
* Excellent communication, communicating, and influencing skills.
* Validated commercial acuity and customer-centric thinking.
* Ability to work optimally in a collaborative team environment.
* Experience with Agility core practices and a proactive approach to creativity and innovation.
* Understanding of financial reporting principles related to inventory.
* Familiarity with risk management principles.
* Awareness of sustainability concepts in a business context is a plus.
* Experience with credit management processes is beneficial.
