Role Purpose

As a Loyalty Lead within BP Spain’s Marketing (M&C) Loyalty team, you will support the customer loyalty strategy by actively chipping in to the definition and execution of the offer within the loyalty program. This role requires strategic vision, analytical skills, and creativity to improve the customer experience and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chip in to the definition and execution of the offer within the loyalty program.
  • Support the compose and evolution of the loyalty program value proposition (benefits, mechanics, and customer experience).
  • Implement and supervise campaigns in the loyalty platform, ensuring accurate segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Assist in handling relationships with external partners, generating contributed and alliances.
  • Develop reasons to quantify impact and ROI for new initiatives.
  • Propose creative and relevant campaigns to drive engagement and repeat usage.
  • Analyze customer behavior and performance data to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with international teams, particularly the hub in India, on developments, integrations, and campaign execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, technology, marketing, and customer service teams.
  • Give to the monitoring of key critical metrics: retention, recurrence, conversion, CLV, and campaign ROI.

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in loyalty, CRM, or customer experience roles.
  • Experience in partner management and contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical skills and a performance-driven attitude.
  • Creativity and customer-centric thinking to design impactful experiences.
  • Experience implementing campaigns in loyalty platforms.
  • Previous experience working with global hubs, especially in India, is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and data analytics tools.
  • Proficient English (written and spoken), essential for collaboration with international teams.
