Job Description:
The Integrated Pricing Manager will establish, lead, and transform end to end pricing capabilities in support of Travel Centers of Americas (TA) to deliver margin growth objectives. The role leads a team of analysts accountable for the pricing of retail, fleet, and wholesale channels across gasoline, diesel, and DEF products. The integrated pricing manager will work cross functionally across TA and BP
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accountable for the pricing and margin management of all fuels products (gasoline, diesel, DEF) sold through wholesale, retail, and fleet channels of trade.
- Defines and manages Fleet and wholesale pricing models inclusive of non-fuel and bp integrated economics.
- Builds supportive integrated pricing strategy in alignment with business goals. Pricing team aligns and executes to achieve goals set by TA.
- Define and facilitate cross-TA integration processes to align key activities to maximize margin.
- Supports TA leadership with relevant margin insights to support planning and performance management
- Leverage existing capabilities and relationships into wider BP organization in ST&S and through Global Pricing structures.
- Drive greater integration across supply, sales, marketing, loyalty, and operations to make better decisions.
- Local stakeholder for all GIPP (Global Integrated Pricing Program) activities into TA, which will help to codevelop and build implementation plan across people, process, and tools.
Delegations:
- Holds relevant fuels pricing delegations including agree rights on discounts, rebates, incentives that impact fuels margin.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent industry experience
- 10 or more years of relevant experience across pricing and related fields with operations experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in application of analytics to support decision making
- Demonstrated proficiency and expertise in commercial and financial acumen, including definition and application of integrated margin
- Demonstrated leadership competence including strong interpersonal skills, innovation, talent and performance management.
- Proven ability to communicate professionally with all levels within organization, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills

How much do we pay (Base)? ($162,000 - $232,000) *Note that the pay range listed for this position is a genuinely expected and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
This position is eligible for US Benefits – Core. This position offers paid vacation depending on your years of relevant industry experience and will range from 120 – 240 hours of vacation per year for full time employees (60 - 240 hours of vacation per year for part time employees). You will also be eligible for 9 paid holidays per year and 2 personal choice holidays.
