The purpose of the People Analytics Data lead is to own and be responsible for all activities across the platform in support of delivering insightful reporting and analytics output (data ingestion and transformation, data management, daily operations, system enhancements, process engineering)

People Analytics team to provide HR operational reporting, MI, analytics and insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business. The team manages a Data Lake environment to store and consolidate data ingested from systems of record from a range of domains including core HCM, Talent, Learning, Resourcing and Payroll.

What you will do:

Job Summary:

Supporting data management for the implementation of new people analytics solutions to enhance workforce planning processes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with stakeholders across HR functions to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications for systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop new solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and data security standards.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment activities to ensure smooth integration of new solutions.
  • Conduct user training sessions to enable effective adoption of new technologies among HR staff.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to system functionality or user experience.

Job Qualifications:

  • Should have 10+ years working experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in implementing HR technology solutions, including systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or other similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and functional areas, particularly those related to workforce planning and talent management.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, including agile approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java may be advantageous but not required.
