Bp's customers & products (C&P) business area is setting up a business and technology centre (BTC) in Pune, India. This will support the delivery of an enhanced customer experience and drive innovation by building global capabilities at scale, demonstrating technology, and developing deep expertise. The BTC will be a core and connected part of our business, bringing together colleagues who report into their respective part of C&P, working together with other functions across bp. Mobility & Convenience Europe is a leading fuel and convenience retailer with a network of 6000 bp and Aral branded retail sites in eight European markets and a team of around 13,500 colleagues serving millions of customers every day. bp’s dealer business is one of the largest roadside retail networks in the UK. With over 850 branded dealer sites and relationships with approximately 170 dealer partners, bp’s dealer channel delivers a significant share of the company’s retail fuel volumes—serving millions of customers every year.
The dealer network is a cornerstone of bp’s UK retail strategy, complementing company-owned operations and supporting the growth of new propositions such as EV charging and convenience retail. bp’s dealers range from independent business owners to large multi-site operators, each supplying to bp’s reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service.
The business operates in a fast-paced, always-on environment, where agility and responsiveness are key. bp’s dealer team is known for building strong, trusted relationships with customers and delivering a level of service that sets bp apart from other roadside brands. Working in this team means engaging with some of the biggest fuel operators in the UK and developing skills in a unique and rewarding retail environment.
This role will work alongside the dealer sales team to support and coordinate 2 key areas, across a roughly 50:50 split.
Contractual support: This role acts as the internal legal support and interface between internal council and sales team. Ensuring external facing documentation is legally approved and correct and supporting sales team in compliance for standard operating practices, documents and records.
Operational: Act as the key interface for operational delivery of 3 high volume fuel accounts. Working alongside the Dealer Sales Manager to support the day to day operational requirements of these 3 large customers which make up 30% of the total dealer estate; from setting up new sites with relevant teams, manage day to day enquiry touchpoints and coordinate performance review cycles.
What you will deliver ?
Contractual Support
-Custodian of dealer legal and offer documentation, ensuring contracts are implemented with appropriate systems and compliance.
-Manage document libraries, including Docusign and virtual deeds' storage via third-party relationships.
-Facilitate contract and formal documentation review cycles with commercial and legal teams.
-Draft formal communications to dealers regarding contractual obligations, coordinating with Legal for approval.
-Support UK directors in the execution of legal documents, ensuring compliance with reporting and company secretarial requirements.
Account support
-Serve as the main point of contact for allocated customers, from onboarding through the duration of the sales agreement. Working with them to solve problems quickly and seeking solutions to continually improve processes and WOW with large accounts
-Coordinate across multiple business units (FBT teams, technology, fuel supply logistics, construction) to deliver daily requirements for high-volume accounts.
-Creation of monthly and quarterly business reviews for allocated customers
Essential Skills
Proven experience in leading B2B customer relationships, ideally within the fuel or roadside retail industry. (3-5 years min)
Strong delivery record working virtually with external and internal team members to build effective working relationships.
Excellent understanding and written communication skills pertaining to English contractual and business language.
Strong business acumen and attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills, with proven experience in managing multiple activities running in parallel within set deadlines.
Ability to think quickly and analytically, prioritising tasks under short deadlines.
Ability to work with external customers, often under pressure, to solve operational challenges.
Comfortable working with digital workplace tools and able to adapt to new systems (e.g., Teams, Salesforce).
Ability to work well with internal counsel.
Collaborative teammate, able to work as part of multi-disciplinary teams to drive activities and projects forward.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge of the roadside retail industry.
Experience working across diverse customer types to identify and solve problems.
Cultural agility and ability to adapt styles to different customer needs.
Education and Qualifications
Higher education is preferable in Business or administration management

You’ll be part of the dealer sales team, which is field-based in the UK and closely engaged with dealer customers to grow bp’s network and volumes. Supported by the BCT team in Budapest, you’ll join a group known for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. Our team is field based and not often in the same location, so we are skilled in building remote relationships
The team thrives in a fast-paced, always-on environment, responding quickly and acting significantly to meet customer needs. You’ll interact with a diverse range of customers, including some of the largest fuel operators in the UK, and develop skills in a unique retail setting where collaboration, agility, and fun are highly valued.
