Contract Administrator
Job Purpose
In this role, you will take operational ownership of the preparation, creation, management, and tracking of customer contracts, ensuring they meet all legal requirements (local legislation and bp compliance).
You will also help drive the standardization and simplification of contract management activities by embedding and improving the use of digital tools such as CLM DocuSign.
Key Accountabilities
Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of contract management processes
Ensure contract creation aligns with local laws and regulations, Castrol terms and conditions, internal policies, and Minimum Contracting Requirements (MCRs)
Maintain and improve digital tools such as CLM DocuSign to support efficient contract management
Monitor contract compliance and performance, providing insights and reports to key partners
Use data and analytics to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement and coordinate vital actions for updating contracts with related partners
Support large-scale contract updates during major business changes (e.g. annual price adjustments)
Ensure all contracts are properly maintained and stored in the CLM DocuSign system

What You Will Need to Be Successful
Education
University degree or equivalent experience
Experience
Confirmed experience within the lubricants business
In-depth understanding of contract management activities
Strong familiarity with key business processes such as Lead to Contract
Understanding of applicable laws and regulations (e.g., tax, import/export, data protection, etc.) relevant to contract execution and compliance
Skills and Proficiencies
