Job Description:

Job Summary: This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, documenting, and supporting IT solutions on behalf of our business partners in alignment with agreed scope, cost, quality, and time objectives. The role will also provide input to project plans, schedules, and budgets; support compliance to corporate standards; help identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures; work closely with other technical staff members as well as business users; communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization; ensure successful delivery of projects through effective planning, execution, and monitoring; resolve issues which may impact project deliverables or timelines; and maintain appropriate documentation throughout the life cycle of each project.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams, providing expertise and guidance in designing, developing, testing, deploying, documenting, and supporting IT solutions on behalf of our business partners.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide input to project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor progress against plan to ensure successful delivery of projects within approved scope, cost, quality, and time objectives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and policies regarding security, risk management, configuration management, change control, and continuity planning.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization to understand requirements, explain complex technical concepts, negotiate resolutions to conflicts, and address concerns in a professional manner.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines while demonstrating attention to detail and thoroughness.
• Work independently, with limited direction and guidance, to analyze problems, develop and implement solutions, and evaluate results.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, system designs, test plans, user manuals, and training materials.
• Mentor and coach less experienced technical professionals, ensuring their development and success.

Job Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in information systems, software engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale IT projects from initiation through completion, using structured project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of computer networking technologies, protocols, and architectures.
• Experience with relational database design principles and SQL.
• Expertise in web application development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, and Shell.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to create data models and perform analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Experience with system administration and network infrastructure components (servers, storage, backup, virtualization).
• Understanding of industry best practices for service operations and resilience.
• Knowledge of configuration management and version control tools.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and facilitation skills.
