Job Description:

You Will Work With

• This role is a key part of theERP, providing technical leadership in BTP UI5 and CAPM related development. You will collaborate with enterprise architects, BASIS teams, security architects, cloud engineers, business stakeholders, and external technology partners to ensure the scalability, resilience, and security of UI5/CAPM development.

Let Me Tell You About the Role

• You will support the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of BTP related development, including UI5 and CAPM. You’ll also contribute build and support activities to maintain high availability and operational efficiency.

• This role requires solid hands-on experience with SAP BTP ( UI5, CAPM) in cloud contexts, familiarity with SAP BTP services, and a working knowledge in the area of UI5 and CAPM, and incident resolution. You’ll collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to implement best practices and support ongoing development.

What You Will Deliver

• Manage BTP configurations and services.
• Develop UI5 & CAPM related solutions
• Optimize performance and ensure secure access.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and documentation.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to align deployment models with operational needs
• Help manage service providers, technical escalations, and governance activities

What You Will Need to Be Successful (Experience and Qualifications)

Essential

• Holds a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong expertise in SAP BTP services (CAP, XSUAA, destinations, Cloud Foundry).
• Expert in UI5; UX; FIORI; Portal development
• Backend development using Node.js and Java.
• Experience with SAP HANA Cloud and HDI containers.
• Authentication, security, and API integration knowledge.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tools.
• Mid-level Experience on SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
• Experience in SAP Extension Suite (CPE)
• Experience in API Management (API Integration and Development)
• Expert on Cloud Application Programming (CAPM)
• Expert in SAP Cloud Workflow; Build Process Automation
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of modern service delivery models, including Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and traditional ITIL practices.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to navigate complex organisational environments and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Experience working in large, global ERP environments with distributed teams, including third-party vendors, in agile delivery settings
