Job Description:

With business operation in Indonesia, bp is exposed to a complex industrial environment with significant public sector interactions. Internally, there are various key customers that need to be handled properly to ensure they can access to any update regarding bp and its business, specifically for business operations in Indonesia.

The role will be accountable to produce, distribute and handle internal communications activities covering newsletters, viva engage and any regular announcement within the organizations. The role is also required to provide necessary support for executive communications, external communications and events.

This is a graduate role for C&EA aim to develop a well rounded C&EA generalist who can have excellent writing skills.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Implement internal communications strategy and campaign.

  • Create & distribute internal newsletters, announcement and any updates in available channel.

  • Coordinate internal events i.e townhalls and employee engagement activities.

  • Support crisis communications efforts internally.

  • Implement and support the development of annual planning & execution of the internal communications products and events

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from business, communications or public relations.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English

  • Preferably having a strong writing skill with project management skills.

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in communications, public relations or journalism.

  • Ability to develop relationships across functions and influence others.

  • Due to regulatory requirements, this position is open only to Indonesian nationals.
