KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
HSE&C Advisor will represent the discipline at any interface with Line, so need to be a visible HSE&C leader
Ability to support integration with HSE&C central team for the assigned subjects.
Ability to support integration at the HSE&C level with Projects and Wells as needed.
Change in the work style required - from hierarchical to agile flow to work.
More interfaces and connectivity required with the line to identify prioritize resources appropriately and escalate if issues identified.
Ability to coach others in the discipline and assigned scope with high quality, timely through the lens of Diversity and Inclusion, e.g. balanced delegation of high-profile projects.
Awareness of Carbon agenda, Environment and Social, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, C&CM
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :
Has minimum 5 years relevant experience.
Self-starter with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft tools e.g. Teams, PowerBI, AzurDevops and O365
Understands the demands and challenges of the operations, and impact of decisions on the production team.
Effective time management and prioritization skills to manage core deliverables and respond to emerging action items.
Open to constructive feedback or concerns raised by their teammates
Ability to do influencing and coaching operational leaders
Ability to analyses information, identify improvement opportunities and deliver recommendations
Ability to communicate effectively and develop concise and fit-for-purpose presentations and materials.
Understanding of operational management systems and the continuous improvement methodology.
