About the role :
The Insurance and Warranties Co-ordinator is accountable for the management of planned and reactive maintenance works that are undertaken due to an insurance claim (such as third party damage or weather damage), maintenance work on in-service equipment covered under a contractual warranty (such as new equipment under manufacturer’s warranty or extended install warranty) and for evaluating maintenance work quality as part of reactive and pro-active verification programme.
The Insurance and Warranties Coordinator is responsible for ensuring in-service equipment schedules are regularly updated and that all maintenance tickets are dispatched accurately by working closely with Contract Managers and Predictive Maintenance and Inspection Programme Analysts to identify in-service equipment replacement and warranties provided and root cause of maintenance tickets.

What you will deliver :
Management of in-service equipment schedules and electronic maintenance management system for equipment within warranty.
Awareness of warranties provided under contract.
Review maintenance tickets and ensure maintenance tickets are dispatched accurately.
Evaluate maintenance ticket root cause data to identify tickets under warranty scope.
Manage relationships with warranty suppliers and contractors.
Management of maintenance tickets resulting in an insurance claim.
Reporting of warranty performance and the reporting of maintenance performance to Maintenance Manager.
Reporting of insurance claims including accruals and insurance budget to Maintenance Manager.
Evaluate maintenance ticket, root cause data and maintenance programme results and identify quality issues or repeat issues.
Perform self-verification activity on maintenance works.
Participate in maintenance community of practices

What you will need :
Previous experience of working in a maintenance management role is desirable.
You will work with :
The role is based in the Maintenance team, responsible for maintaining the 310 company owned forecourts in the UK.
Working in a retail, it is a fast paced environment that is ever changing.
The majority of sites are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
The team has a good mix of different experience, some team members have just joined while others have been in role for a number of years. The team focus is safety and maximising equipment uptime while focusing on best value.
Working closely with the Contract Managers and Predictive Maintenance and Inspection Programme Analysts, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
