Job responsibilities
Rotating Engineering Graduate typically participates in a structured program designed to provide hands-on experience across various engineering disciplines within an organization. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to develop a broad skill set and gain insights into rotating machinery aspects of engineering.
Rotating Engineering Graduate holds a variety of responsibilities. You will bring educational knowledge from having acquired a degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as will be working towards to become a professional engineer.
It will be important that you gain substantial experience and technical understanding of engineering, maintenance, and operation of rotating equipment in oil & gas processing facilities.
Your knowledge of governing codes, industry standards and regulations relevant to rotating equipment, and your proven ability in practical application of engineering standards and practices for rotating equipment will be a great combination for long-term success in this role. The key responsibilities are:
Support rotating equipment engineers in tracking progress and ensuring milestones are met.
Conduct analyses to support design decisions, using engineering tools and software (e.g., CAD, simulation tools).
Prepare technical reports and documentation summarizing findings.
Participate in the Ops and Maintenance process, contributing ideas and assisting in the creation of engineering drawings and specifications.
Work with different engineering teams (e.g., mechanical, electrical, instrument control) to gain a comprehensive understanding of projects.
Present findings and updates to senior engineers and management.
Participate in field testing of systems and equipment, collecting data and providing feedback.
Engage in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in real-time.
Participate in risk assessments and safety evaluations.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient practices.
Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance personal and team capabilities.
Engage in training programs, mentorship opportunities, and workshops to further develop technical and soft skills.
Seek feedback regularly and use it to guide personal growth.
This program often serves as a steppingstone to various engineering roles within the organization, providing graduates with a solid foundation for future career advancement.

Azerbaijani citizenship
Relevant bachelor’s and/or master’s degree
2024, 2025 and 2026 academic year graduates are eligible to apply
CGPA 75% (2.5)
