Job Description:

We are looking to hire Site services leads who will manage the safe, effective, and efficient execution of the assigned asset planned services schedule and high-priority corrective/breakdown work through contractor resource management and lead inhouse core crew 3rd party execution.

You will ensure service technicians/companies strictly adhere to Global Work Management processes, standards, and the Control of Work (CoW) process along with performance manage agreed deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and safe execution of high-priority industrial service support scope.
  • Ensure the assets have adequate and suitable service resources and materials to support the 2-week schedule.
  • Ensure allocated regulatory compliance work is completed as planned.
  • Ensure all work close-out is prepared, performed, and completed per work management data and CoW standards.
  • Resolve or escalate systemic issues that prevent completion of the agreed work schedule to ensure service work effectiveness and resource efficiency.
  • Oversee contractor management to ensure delivery of contractual requirements.
  • Monitor competency of asset service technicians in line with global contract management.
  • Ensure service personnel have the required training, experience, and competence for the relevant equipment.
  • Oversee site execution contractor service scopes, including but not limited to helideck operations, lifting and rigging, scaffolding, fabric maintenance, construction and repair order activities on the asset, while also providing site leadership support for well intervention, site projects, modifications, campaigns, and IM/FM activities.

Education: High school

Experience and Job Requirements

Over 12 years with extensive maintenance or operations or construction management experience in the offshore oil and gas or petrochemical industries, including contractor oversight or leadership.

The following experience will be an asset for the role:

  • Understanding of Work Management and Control of Work processes
  • Experience in the maintenance or repair of equipment.
  • Understanding of CMMS and planning/estimating tools.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling tools and techniques
  • Experience in managing contractor resources
  • Experience in lifting and rigging experience
