Job Description:

Data Center cooling is a strategically important, fast-growing business area for Castrol. With our advanced direct liquid to chip and immersion cooling fluid technologies, we aim to transform the industry by driving the adoption of liquid cooling as a pathway to sustainable data center operations.

As the Technical Service Engineering Manager within the Castrol Data Center Fluids team, you will play a key role by applying your technical expertise to shape and deliver innovative thermal management solutions for the data center market. This role is critical to developing technically differentiated offers that enable Castrol’s strategic growth in liquid cooling and advanced thermal solutions. You will work closely with Offer and Business Development, OEM Management, and Technology teams, as well as with customers and ecosystem partners, to identify, evaluate, and validate cutting-edge thermal technologies. You will support the technical development of new offers, guiding them from early-stage concept through to market introduction and initial scaling, ensuring each solution meets both technical standards and customer requirements.

We are working in an agile manner aiming to deliver strong growth in a new business area. As a team of self-starters we are working independently with a high sense of ownership and little boundaries between functional teams. Our team is offering unique opportunities for personal growth and development. We are working with a wide range of collaborators within the Castrol and bp business and can offer an environment where no day is the same.
