Job Description:

Early Careers at bp

Looking to turn your career dreams into global impact? Explore graduate opportunities with bp. Here you get to work on challenging projects, learn from experts and mentors, and be part of a high-performing team from the get-go. You get the freedom to think boldly, the licence to innovate and the chance to grow in multiple directions. And you get supported, recognised and rewarded along the way.

Our One Commercial Graduate Programme

One Commercial is our early careers programme which enables early careers to build their skills and experiences in Customers & Products, Gas and Low Carbon Energy, Communications & External Affairs and Company Secretary. Within the programme, early careers are exposed to commercial levers to discover, deliver and develop commercial value for bp, its partners and customers. The program is 3 years, with most early careers completing three 12-month rotations, designed to give you broad commercial experience and exposure.

Early careers will follow a structured development offer to accelerate the acquisition of foundational technical skills, experience and knowledge; and application in the business world. The programme supports transition from university to discipline professional and, through our 'Elevate' training programme, provides a framework of ‘non-technical’ skills to support building personal effectiveness, helping you to grow both personally and professionally.

Early careers will build their experience through challenging development assignments, grow a toolkit of transferable skills for the future, and have a dedicated network of support, as well as a vibrant Early Careers community, to help them succeed.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Commercial graduate at bp you could complete rotations within these 2 businesses/ functions: Customer and Products and Gas and Low Carbon Energy.
