Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Software Development Lead. This role will be responsible for leading a small team of developers working on the development of new software products and solutions within the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will have experience in developing enterprise-level applications using Java/J2EE technologies and will possess strong leadership skills.
Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-level applications using Java/J2EE technologies. Manage a team of developers working on various projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and develop solutions. Ensure the quality of deliverables by implementing best practices for software development life cycle (SDLC). Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Qualifications: Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE programming languages and frameworks. Experience with web application servers such as Tomcat or JBoss. Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL. Knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
