You get the freedom to think boldly, the licence to innovate and the chance to grow in multiple directions. And you get supported, recognised and rewarded along the way.
Your Early Careers Programme
One Digital is an early careers program built to develop a strong pipeline of diverse digital talent. You will join a global digital community, gain broad cross-disciplinary experience, build transferable skill sets, and work on solving some of the most complex challenges of today and the future.
The programme offers a range of foundational career experiences and serves as a launchpad for an exciting and impactful digital career.
Our Digital Graduate Programme
bp has a bold transformation agenda as it seeks to provide secure, affordable, lower carbon energy. Digital lies at the heart of this transformation and bp is looking to recruit digital talent to help solve the most complex problems of the future.
Our One Digital Early Careers programme provides a range of foundational career experiences and a gateway to an exciting and rewarding digital career. The program is 2 years, with most early careers completing two 12-month rotations, designed to provide breadth of experience and build technical depth.
Early careers will follow a structured development offer to accelerate the acquisition of foundational technical skills, experience and knowledge; and application in the business world. The programme supports transition from university to discipline professional and, through our 'Elevate' training programme, provides a framework of ‘non-technical’ skills to support building personal effectiveness, helping you to grow both personally and professionally.
Early careers will build their experience through challenging development assignments, grow a toolkit of transferable skills for the future, and have a dedicated network of support, as well as a vibrant Early Careers community, to help them succeed.
