The purpose of the Site Support Advisor is to support M&C business with coordination of various operational activities, cost control and optimization, requiring internal and external contacts, providing administrative supervision as well as responding to ad-hoc requests. You will represent BP in tender negotiations, negotiations with external partners and will coordinate complex projects related to site support scope.

In this role You will:

Ensure a support for business:

  • Effective cash collection and monitoring of Dealer’s accounts consistent with bp’s credit standard (daily customer exposure monitoring (fuel orders, open items, credit limits), daily collection of overdue payments);

  • Monitoring credit and fraud violations and inform / involve all relevant stakeholders within their DOA;

  • Managing Dealer accounts and keeping them fully reconciled (including relationship with GBS);

  • Dealing promptly with Dealer disputes and issues in order to secure payments and follow the escalation path;

  • Managing and coordinating the concession process for Dealers and ongoing control of validity of documents regarding fuel infrastructure;

  • Preparation, accounting, issuing and control of invoices generated in SAP: for franchise fees, marketing and promotional service, e-Toll, utilities invoices and creating contracts, entering conditions and creating accounts in SAP;

  • Preparing monthly sales reports other ad hoc analyzes for the business;

Handle other accountabilities:

  • Vendor management including negotiations, contract management, set up and orders;

  • Verifying invoices versus services delivered;

  • Detailed cost analysis, control and cost optimization of all services.

What You will need to be successful:

  • University degree or equivalent.

  • Strong English and Polish.

  • Understanding of retail operational processes at sites.

  • Experience in implementing and improving processes and coordinating projects.

  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel).

  • Experience in working with external partners and taking part in negotiations.

  • Knowledge and experience in finance and accounting.

  • SAP knowledge.

  • Strong partner engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.

  • Well-developed communication skills, including ability to communicate across various functions and with external contractors.

  • Strong team player.

  • Good analytical skills and accuracy.

  • Proactivity and effective problem solving.
